When I'm designing, I browse through sites like Smashing Mag to get inspiration -- and there's plenty out there. Some of the sites similar to Smashing Mag, but more showcase oriented are: http://www.cssartillery.com/ , http://www.cssheroes.com/ and http://www.urbantrash.net/cssgallery/ .
